Chocolate Profit

Chocolate? Sounds good.. :)
Most of us love to eat chocolate, different varieties, kinds and types.
So, from these article you can feel that you can eat chocolate without any "cerebration" of committing sins.

Chocolate is growingly casting off its reputation as a sweet goody only. More study and research is uncovering health benefits when these stuff were consumed in moderation.

LETS GO DARK

1. Healthy fats

The fat in chocolate does little to raise cholesterol. It contains abundant oleic acid, the type of fatty acid found in olive oil, which helps prevent heart disease and promote antioxidant activity.

2. Improves brain function

University professor, experts, and researchers analysis used MRI to determine improved brain activity with people who had just consumed cocoa drinks.

3. Improves mood

Studies have shown that dark chocolate contains serotonin and increases endorphin production. It's a natural anti-depressant.

4. Enhances glucose metabolism

Dark chocolate (70% plus) candy bars inhibit blood sugar issues to help prevent diabetes and obesity. How's that for a surprise!

5. Memory Power

Chocolates contains theobromine, which is a bitter alkaloid that is similar to caffeine. Theobromine has powerful vasodilating effects and has been used in the treatment of swelling and edema (fluid collection in the body). Theobromine is also used as a diuretic and a natural cardiovascular stimulant that enhances oxygen flow to various regions of the body. This improved blood flow also stimulates cognitive function and improves memory.

6. Helps to fight depression and anxiety

Dark chocolates treat depression and anxiety. They contain amino acids like tryptophan that increase the body’s production of serotonin. Serotonin acts as a messenger between brain cells. Deficiency in serotonin can cause mental health problems.

7. Make chocolate(dark) your comfort food.

This can help minor headaches, relieve small aches and pains, and it's one reason that dark chocolate makes a great comfort food.

Cheers!!
